Refund Policy

As confident as we are in our candles, we also know certain scents smell different to everyone. While we continue working on scratch-and-sniff screen technology, please enjoy our candles worry free! If you get a scent you're not a fan of, we would be happy to help you find another one that you love! You may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Just contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and we'd be glad to help you find another scent that will fill your home with joy! 

Note: Because we offer free shipping on orders over $75, you may be asked to pay the return shipping for any "preference returns," if your order was less than $75. 

Return Process: To return an item, please email customer service at  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Lastly, if you have any issues as far as damaged packages\products, always reach out to us so we can make it right!
